The coaching is designed for you to develop a healthy relationship with your power, understand your dimensions of privilege and identify ways to use your power wisely and responsibly. After participating in coaching, you will fundamentally be courageous in mitigating harmful power dynamics - practicing engagement in anti-oppression dialogue and discourse, reparative process, cultural humility, effective ally-ship skills, emotional literacy and intelligence and informed decision making.
