First of all, welcome and thank you for your interest in my work.
You are in the right place if you seeking collaboration for your efforts to catalyze equity in your relationships and/or organization. I am specifically committed to racial equity and racial trauma healing and my consultancy stands with movements working toward racial justice. You can count on my drawing attention to an analysis of power as a core element of any work we do. I believe that sharing and redistributing power is an integral part of systemic change and weave together diverse practices helpful in navigating the complexities of what is means to be in right relationship. I practice from a generative and trauma informed frame of mind, prioritizing the integration of restorative practices that promote justice and interrupt the cycle of trauma caused by oppression. I care about healing that will transform how we define belonging and question the status quo. I appreciate you and welcome the opportunity to work together. |
A percentage of my income is currently donated to Hand to Hand, a black led organization that empowers and positively transforms individuals and communities to create a peaceful and just society through martial arts and self defense and Stand Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) part of a national network of groups and individuals organizing white people for racial justice.
